What is a UCITS?

Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities. These vehicles make it possible to centralize the capital of several investors (institutional, companies and / or individuals) and to place them collectively on the financial markets (in shares, bonds, monetary instruments, etc.) with the aim of sharing the benefits and diluting the risks and costs.

What is the difference between an ICVC and a FCP?
